When the day gets away from you, call halftime.

Tap one button, answer four quick questions and walk away with one play for the rest of your day. It takes about a minute, and there's nothing to set up.

How it works

Regroup, pick a play, get back out there.

At halftime, a team that's had a rough first half stops, figures out what went wrong and goes back out with a plan. Halftime gives your day that same moment whenever you need it.

  1. 01Look at the first half. Two taps. How has the day gone, and what took over: work, your phone, putting out fires or chaos at home?
  2. 02Pick one play. The one thing that would turn the rest of the day around. Halftime suggests a few, and the plays that worked for you before show up first.
  3. 03Name what you're cutting. One thing you won't do, so the play has room. Then you're back out there with a single card on your screen.
  4. 04Final whistle. One tap when you did it, or at night if you didn't. Every turnaround counts, and over time you see what takes over your days and which plays work for you.
